GUYANA JAGUARS trail by 291 runs going into the fourth and final day of their seventh-round WICB PCL 4-Day cricket match against Barbados Pride.
For The Pride, they will need a bowling performance as equally impressive as the first innings to press for outright victory against the current leaders. Guyana just need to hold on.
The Jaguars were 41 not out at the close of play, set 333 runs for victory after The Pride declared at 241-6. The not out batsmen are Rajindra Chandrika (25) and Vishal Singh (14).
Earlier, Barbados captain Kraigg Brathwaite scored his second century of the match, the first batsman to do so in First Class cricket at Kensington Oval. Brathwaite scored 112 to follow up his 102 from the first innings.
In other matches, Windward Islands Volcanoes defeated Leeward Islands Hurricanes by nine wickets and Trinidad and Tobago Red Force beat Jamaica Franchise by 179 runs.
