Haynes remanded on gun charge

On Monday, February 25, police arrested and formally charged Gamal Nicholi Haynes, 34, of 7th Avenue New Orleans, St Michael with Possession of Firearm without a valid license.

He appeared at the District ‘A’ Criminal Court #2 before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant today, and was not required to plead to the indictable offence.

He was remanded into custody to Her Majesty’s Prisons Dodds, St Philip and is scheduled to reappear on March 25. (PR)
