BASSETERRE, St. Kitts – The leader of the main opposition People’s Action Movement (PAM), Lindsay Grant today announced that he was stepping down from the post on September 30.
Grant, who has been PAM leader for 12 years, has failed to win the support of the electorate in any of the general elections following his ascension to the leadership of the 47-year old party.
