POLICE HAVE a suspect in custody for the murder of former LIME employee Moreta Forde.
Public relations officer Inspector David Welch confirmed that a man was held in a rural area yesterday. Welch said that at the time of the arrest the suspect indicated that he had drunk a substance and was taken for treatment.
Fifty-three-year-old Forde was found dead in her Fisher Pond, St Thomas last October. Her throat had been slashed and her house set on fire.
She was a corporate specialist at LIME. (YB)
