HAPPY BIRTHDAY to this week’s Girl Next Door, Nicea King-Rollock!
Mum of three, student, former speed boat operator and regular Florence Nightingale, Nicea has a lot on her plate.
The busy mum manages to juggle her schedule by simply focusing on her goals.
“I am a full-time student and I have a full-time job and I am also a mother to three nearly adolescent kids. My day is packed,” she said.
“I start my day before dawn most of the time and I get home after dark.”
On her off days Nicea says she makes time for fun with her kids and tries to get in a little rest before heading back to work.
“I think in order to do what I am doing, which is studying, working and running a household, you have to be strong-minded and determined, and, most important for me, you have to have support from the people around you.”
Nicea admits that she’d have a much more challenging time without the support of her parents, adding that with that support she is well on her way to achieving her dreams. (Make-up and photography by Risée Chaderton.)
