THE LAST of the three-day pan extravaganza, the Neal &?Massy Pan Pun De Sand at Brandons Beach, is sure to thrill the crowd with five big bands – home talent Pan Extreme, Olakunde, the SKF?Steel Orchestra, the Pompasetters Tuk and Rhythm and from Trinidad and Tobago the Neal &?Massy All Stars Steel Orchestra.
There will be a two-stage set-up, the same as last year, and traffic restrictions will be in place.
