Give info at your peril

Anyone found guilty of breaking the Secrecy Act as it relates to information about the illness of an insured person will be dealt with.
That is the word from director of the National Insurance Service (NIS), Ian Carrington, in response to whether confidentiality was an issue within his organization.
He told the DAILY?NATION that each member of staff was required to sign the official Secrecy Act.
“Your [the staff’s] responsibility is to keep the individual’s information confidential,” he stressed.
