Meet Carlos Brathwaite.
The Banks player is the lone newcomer in the Barbados cricket team for the 2011 Caribbean Twenty20 tournament next month.
The tall all-rounder has been rewarded with a maiden call-up for national duty after consistent performances in the ongoing LIME Division 1 competition this season.
Since the announcement of the team on Monday for the January 10 to January 23 tournament in Antigua and Barbados, Brathwaite has joined his teammates in training during the past few days.
Here, he plays a front foot stroke that is watched closely by coach Emmerson Trotman at Kensington Oval yesterday.
