Police have charged a businessman and a visiting Jamaican in connection with 107 pounds of cannabis.
Dacosta Alexander Brathwaite 53, owner of clothing store D’s Mega Styles and Jamaican George Washington Williams,50, who is staying at 1st Avenue, Accomodation Road, St Michael are expected in court tomorrow morning.
Brathwaite of #2 Chelston Gardens, Culloden Road, St Michael and Williams are charged with acts preparatory to the importation of cannabis and tracfficking in the drug which has a street value of $440 000 on December 20. (AC)
