Tonisha Alleyne has a passion for baking. And, around this time of year, she gets to show off just how much she can do and how versatile she is in the kitchen with all her baking delights.
Tonisha has been baking for about three years now, and during that time she has been tweaking her recipes, getting her flavours right as well as packaging for her one year old cookie business Nisha’s Nibblez N Bits.
Always looking for something new, this year she added her Great Cake Cookie to her list. (NS)
