Postman on drug charges

MEMBERS OF THE Drug Squad have arrested and charged Ondrea Griffin, a 39-year-old postman of Waverley Cot, St George, for four drug offences.
They are possession, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and importation of five pounds of cannabis.
According to police public relations officer Inspector David Welch, the quantity of compressed cannabis was discovered at the General Post Office on January 28, 2014 after being mailed to Barbados. 
Investigations by the Drug Squad led to the arrest of Griffin who is expected to appear at the District A Magistrates Court tomorrow. (PR/NB)
