Mexico, here we come!

BARBADOS TENNIS is trading in the high Wildey winds for the high altitudes of Guadalajara.
The country’s Davis Cup tennis squad will be preparing for the challenges of playing on the Mexican red clay during Easter weekend as the four-member team is set to travel to the Spanish-speaking state for their Americas Zone Group II semi-final tie.
Barbados are set to play in Mexico from April 6 to 8 in Mexico, where the winner of that tie will go on to the finals of Group II and receive automatic promotion to Group I.
It’s just the latest trial facing Barbados’ newest darlings, who more than gained nation-wide adoration after wrapping up this weekend’s tie against Paraguay a day early.
