Former minister could be charged

KINGSTON, Jamaica – Former agriculture minister Roger Clarke could know by the end of the week if he is to be charged following Monday’s vehicular crash that claimed the life of a man in Old Harbour.
Cops says the minister could face a possible manslaughter charge following a crash which claimed the life of 23-year-old Deron Nicholson resident of Old Harbour.
Nicholson, was killed when his motorcycle collided with a vehicle being driven by Clarke. 
Clarke who was being questioned by the Old Harbour police was later released and warned. He has not been charged. He was also given a breathalyser test. (Jamaica Observer)
