WHO ARE THE THREE Barbadian Facebook users the Government is trying to keep tabs on?
In the first six months of this year, Barbados made three requests about three different users (accounts) of this popular social media site for information.
Barbados is the only CARICOM country to make a request to Facebook for information on how nationals use that medium.
Facebook, however, did not specify the nature or type of request.
Efforts to reach Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite to find out why the requests were made and the nature of the issues were unsuccessful. (CM)
