The festival this year features four massive events with such major superstars as Jah Cure, Third World, Admiral Tibet, Capelton, Konshens and the man with today’s biggest dancehall hit – Mr Vegas.
The festival launches on Sunday, April 22, with the youth-oriented Digicel Reggae Beach Party at Brandon’s Beach on the Spring Garden Highway.
Heading the chart-topping dancehall acts are Mr Vegas and Baby Cham whose recent hits are dominating local and international airwaves.  They will be well supported by a strong Barbadian cast featuring the popular Crimeson of Doan Ask Me fame along with Fari, Peter Ram, Most Wanted and many others.
On Friday, April 27, the 3Ws area at The Mecca – Kensington Oval becomes the new home for the ever-popular Digicel Vintage Reggae Party, now a magnet for both older and younger generation reggae fans with its cast of legendary performers.
This unique event  will see the thousands of patrons dancing and signing along to such evergreen performers as Ernie Smith, Freddy McGregor, Glen Washington, Admiral Tibet, and Barbados’ own dynamic Wendy Alleyne and Mike Grosvenor.
