St Andrew man charged

FORTY-TWO-YEAR old Jefferson Ricardo Yearwood of Cane Garden, St Andrew is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow to answer four charges.
Yearwood was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, possession with intent to supply, trafficking and cultivation.
While police were conducting a search in Cane Garden yesterday, Yearwood was seen in the area attending cannabis plans. Overall, 776 plants ranging from three inches to three feet were being cultivated.
A quantity of loose dried marijuana and seeds were found when a nearby wooden structure was searched.
Yearwood is expected to appear in Magistrates Court today. (PR)
