How Mr Belly lost his fat

ONCE UPON A TIME there was a very small man named Simon Belly. He had a huge belly and lived in a village called Neat And Fit in Barbados.
All the other villagers were very fit and had  six-pack abdominals, and were extremely healthy. They ate holistic foods, used silent doctors, exercised daily and had a deep spiritual connection with the Creator. They were annoyed with Mr Belly  and often warned him about the dangers  of having a large abdomen.
However, one day a very pretty princess called  Ms Fitness Fairy who was a silent doctor came to the village and immediately fell in love with Mr Belly.  She promised to cook his meals and assist him with exercising because she wanted to get married.
Ms Fitness Fairy began by making a cup of nettle and grapefruit tea for Mr Belly each morning.  This assisted with reducing his hearty appetite.
He was also introduced to holistic foods and  silent doctors. She also gave him plenty of water  with a pinch of cayenne pepper and cinnamon.  He exercised daily and ate a broth containing fish  and vegetables for lunch and dinner. In two months the other villagers marvelled at the change.
This stunning story appeared on the front page  of the village newspaper. The headline read Silent Doctor Remedy: A Healthy Explosion In The Village. On reading it, people from unhealthy villages ran to see what was happening. Even the Minister  of Health paid the village a visit and was amazed  by what holistic meals, daily exercise, prayer and silent doctors could do.
Eventually, the minister joined the fitness crusade and asked the princess to address the village.
The unhealthy villagers were asked to do the following: two hours of cardiovascular and one hour  of abdominal exercises daily; avoid fatty and unholistic foods; drink silent doctor teas and fresh water daily; repeat positive affirmations; include more salads and fruit in meals; consume meals raw, steamed, braised  or boiled; research alkaline and acid foods.  And so, they became fully educated about living healthy lifestyles.
Five months later, the doctors at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital were happy that the healthy villagers caused them less stress.
Mr Belly, who was now extremely fit and healthy, finally wed the pretty princess at the enchanted castle near Ilaro Court, and they lived happily ever after. The end.
