A number of investment-grade residential lots located on “one of the most spectacular sites on the South Coast of Barbados” have just become available to prospective homeowners and investors for a limited time.
This unique real estate opportunity is part of the redesigned Adams Castle Estate, a location that combines one of the most scenic stretches of land in Christ Church with a breathtaking view of the South Coast – plus the convenience of being minutes away from Barbados’ largest shopping mall and other major amenities.
The real estate opportunity was annouced at a gathering of eager real estate executives and financiers  at the Courtyard Marriott, Hastings, Christ Church, many of whom were clearly excited at the opportunity.
Originally launched in 2010 as a 104 lot estate, Adams Castle Estate now offers 134 lots starting at BDS$121 000. Speaking at the meeting, director Elias Haloute said the offer was about repositioning the project and giving an economic stimulus to the real estate sector. He added that developers were looking forward to partnering with others in the sector on what would be a memorable development for Barbados.
“What we are offering Barbadians and others at Adams Castle Estate is great value for a limited time and the opportunity to own a property on one of the most spectacular sites on the South Coast of this island. We have already offered quality, location, and today we offer you price as well.”
The developers further noted that the limited time offer was not only attractive in terms of price, but arrangements would be in place with the major financial service providers to ensure speedy turnaround of legal and regulatory requirements with a view to closing sales within 90 days.
In terms of accessibility, Adams Castle Estate is located almost halfway between Grantley Adams International Airport and Bridgetown with travelling time to both being 15 minutes, and is in close proximity to some of Barbados’ nicest beaches, including Accra, Miami, Carlisle Bay, and Long Beach.
Adams Castle Estate buyers also benefit from many modern features, including Light & Power, natural gas, water, telephone, cable TV and Internet – all routed underground, which apart from preserving the aesthetics and vistas of the community, helps to ensure safety and minimal disruption of services in the event of inclement weather.
