Too critical

BRING SOME SOLUTIONS to the table and stop criticizing the  government’s policies.
This is the advice of Donville Inniss, Minister of Industry, who was responding to comments made by businessman Sir Allan Fields in yesterday’s SATURDAY SUN.
Sir Allan said the budgetary measures proposed by Minister  of Finance Christopher Sinckler last Tuesday were “very draconian” and would not pull Barbados out of economic trouble.
However, Inniss told the SUNDAY SUN that he was “not amused, surprised or enlightened” by Sir Allan’s comments.
The minister said the country was at a juncture where all stakeholders were needed to come together and have “enlightening discussions” about the way forward for the country instead of “ranting and raving from political platforms”.
