What does it take to turn “taking a chance” into a tragedy? If history can provide an answer, it certainly would be: “Not much!”
The ways in which harm can befall people who, like this male passenger – heading to or from church last Sunday in Tweedside Road, St Michael – riding on the edge of pick-up trucks are countless.
