Curtis Monzie, age 35, of Dennery Village, St. Lucia, appeared in District B Magistrate Court today and pleaded guilty to trafficking and importation of cannabis. He was fined $100,000 forthwith or 36 months in jail.
Monzie also pleaded guilty to possession and possession with intent to supply and was fined $50,000 or 24 months in jail.
Both sentences will run concurrently.
