Dashing Dottin

Deandra Dottin just keeps on setting records in women’s cricket.
Having already become the first woman to score a Twenty20 century, Dottin created history once again yesterday when she became the first West Indian to play in 50 Twenty20 matches.
She gave the South Africans a reminder of her explosive ability by blasting an unbeaten 48 off just 30 balls to lead the West Indies to a dominant eight-wicket win yesterday at the Beausejour Stadium in St Lucia.
Dottin’s knock included three sixes and three fours, as she crashed the bowlers to all parts of the ground in helping the West Indies to an eight-wicket victory.
The Proteas were also the opponents when she smashed an unbeaten 112 in 2010 at the World Twenty20.
Here, Dottin hitting out during her innings.
