I DO HOPE that you are well and continue to do a good job as you are doing. I am looking forward to getting results from writing to you, as I know that you can get things done.
I have done a fair amount of ambassadorship for this country, and have returned home after living abroad for close to eight years. Now that I am back, I cannot find any employment in my country to maintain myself.
I sent a letter to my constituency representative Stephen Lashley and I cannot get a response from him. I have been representing this country since 1979 and I have lost jobs because of my representation.
I am looking for a job as a security guard/watchman, general worker, porter at a hotel, or working in a restaurant – especially at night in each case.
I am even willing to work as a janitor as I love cleaning.
I still compete, sometimes at major competitions, and will have to travel abroad. If possible, I am looking for a Monday to Friday job, where I can train on weekends.
I have sent out lots of applications, and all I hear is, we’ll keep you on file.
I have seen people get responses from you and I have confidence in you to get the necessary help for me.
