Wife wants husband’s killers found

Owen Mottley’s family will not be eating his Sunday food today for the first time in as long as they can remember.

Neither will they be celebrating his 65th birthday next Thursday, nor going to AgroFest this year as they have been doing for years.

Mottley, 64, who was shot six times about the body outside his Sherbourne #2, St John home last December 4, died at his mother-in-law’s home nearby last Wednesday.

Mottley’s wife, Marcina, told the Sunday Sun yesterday her husband used to manage a gas station in Oistins, Christ Church, before he moved to DaCosta Mannings where he spent most of his working life. When he retired, he ran a shop the couple had in the neighbouring village of Carter’s.  (RA)
