The man who was shot at Endeavour #2, Orange Hill, St James, has been identified as Akeel Turton.
The 33-year-old, of the same address, is at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Police say another man is in custody assisting with investigations.
They received the call around 7:30 this morning.
Turton was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by a private vehicle. (PR/SAT)
