Days before his death, Carlisle Browne was mapping out a way forward for his family after the coronavirus pandemic.
But now his relatives are devastated, knowing that the 83-year-old taxi driver will not see those plans come to fruition.
Around 7:50 a.m. yesterday, police received a report that a vehicle was submerged in the Careenage, in the area closest to the Blackwoods Screw Dock in The City.
After the Marine Unit carried out investigations, they noticed that Browne was still in the white taxi. (TG)
