By the end of this week, the Ministry of Health and Wellness should have one set of travel protocols in place to treat with COVID-19.

That was confirmed by Minister of Health Jeffrey Bostic yesterday at his Culloden Road, St Michael office.

“At the moment, the protocols for persons coming into Barbados are being adjusted and that process should be completed by the end of the day,” he explained.

He added that health officials were dealing with COVID-19 in a scientific way and the seven-day quarantine period was really to do with the incubation period for the virus. (RA)
