Fogging Schedule August 10 to 14

Officers from the Vector Control Unit in the Ministry of Health and Wellness will be in Christ Church and St Philip fogging a number of districts this week.

On Monday, the areas to be targeted in Christ Church will be Dayrells Road, Edwards Gap, St Matthias with Avenues, Lower Amity Lodge, Rendezvous Hill, Brewster Road, Worthing with Avenues, Bamboo Road, Beckles Road, Harmony Hall, Top Rock, and the Graeme Hall Swamp.

On Tuesday, the team returns to Christ Church to fog Dayrells Road, Rockley Terrace, Rockley, Blue Waters, Garden, Peronne Gap, Golf Club Road, Maxwell Main Road, Maxwell Coast Road, Dover Road, Headley Road, Dover Terrace, Dover with Avenues and environs.

Atlantic Shores, Coral Drive, Pearl Drive, Spring Terrace, Light House Lane, Oyster Crescent, Seaside Drive, Ocean Mist Close, and surrounding areas in Christ Church will be sprayed on Wednesday.

The areas in St Philip to be fogged on Thursday are Long Bay Development, Park Road, Belair Cross Road, Belair Terrace with Avenues, Falmouth Development, Nerita Close, Crane Development, Parish Land, Parish Land Development, Vineyard, Vineyard Tenantry, and neighbouring districts.

On Friday, the team will be back in Christ Church in St Lawrence Gap, Paradise Village, Highway 7, Worthing Main Road, Casa Blanca, Rockley, Hastings and environs.

Fogging will take place between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m. each day.

Householders are reminded to leave their windows and doors open so that the spray can enter. Persons with respiratory issues are advised to exercise caution. (BGIS)
