The Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation is saddened by the turn of events which resulted in several Class Four pupils, who had just sat the Barbados Secondary Schools’ Entrance Examination earlier today, being injured and taken to hospital for treatment.

It is indeed an unfortunate end to what should have been an afternoon of celebration and enjoyment.

The Ministry empathises with the parents of these students and will continue to monitor the condition of the injured children. (Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation/BGIS
