Staff member at Ministry of International Business tests positive for virus

The Ministry of International Business and Industry, located on the 8th Floor, Baobab Tower, Warrens, St Michael, has been closed due to a staff member testing positive for coronavirus (COVID-19).

The individual, who was working remotely following the first test, was confirmed positive after the second test. As a precautionary measure, the office was closed and will be sanitised.

Employees will also be tested. The services of the ministry will remain accessible virtually. During this time, queries may be emailed to [email protected]. The public is also asked to note that the Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office (CAIPO) has not been affected. (BGIS)
