A heartbroken father is pondering his family’s next move after the sudden loss of his 22-year-old daughter.

Andrew Worrell, of Airy Hill, St Joseph, said he is struggling to come to grips with the circumstances surrounding the death of Destiny Hackett.

“Yesterday (Saturday) morning she say, ‘Daddy, I going to work’ and I tell she to be safe. Next thing I hear she dead at work. It got me mash up. Can you imagine sitting down waiting for your daughter to come home just to hear she dead?” the retiree asked, fighting tears.

Hackett was an employee of the Snack Shack in The City for the past two years. Reports indicate she passed away around 6:10 p.m. while in the bathroom at work.

Worrell said things were not made any easier as he had to identify the body. (CA)
