On Wednesday, October 23, fogging will target areas in St. James, including Lower Carlton, Carlton View, Baird Road, Doughlin Road, and Crick Hill.

The Unit will then venture into St. Joseph on Thursday, October 24, spraying districts such as Gaggs Hill, Hillswick Road, Phillips Road, Cleavers Hill, Bathsheba, St. Elizabeth Village, St. Elizabeth New Road, and Foster Hall.

The week’s fogging exercise will conclude in St. Peter on Friday, October 25. The team will visit Ashton Hall, Clarke’s Road, Corbin Road, The Whim, Douglas Road, Church Hill Road, and Tom Bend Road.

Fogging operations will run from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. each day. Residents are reminded to open their windows and doors to allow the fog to enter their homes. Additionally, children should avoid playing in the fog.

The Ministry advises that the completion of scheduled fogging may be affected by unforeseen events. In such cases, the Vector Control Unit will return to the affected communities as soon as possible. (MR/BGIS)
