The Corporate Affairs and Intellectual Property Office (CAIPO) is reminding its partners, clients and the public that the deadline for domestic companies to file their Annual Returns for the year 2017 is Wednesday, January 31.
These must be filed at the Corporate Registry, Baobab Tower, Ground Floor, Warrens, St. Michael, Mondays to Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
The Registrar of Companies is also reminding the public that expanded notes for guidance in the filing of an Annual Return may be viewed on the Department’s website at www.caipo.gov.bb. (BGIS)
