The BHTA Barbados National Culinary Team has done the double.
The team has retained their title of Caribbean Team of the Year at the Taste of the Caribbean competition, which ended last night in Miami, Florida.
The team won the title in 2019, and the competition was on pause since 2020 when COVID-19 closed borders.
The team of four—three chefs and a mixologist—was in intense preparations before leaving for the competition last weekend. (NS)
