Police are seeking the assistance of the public in locating three (3) missing children. Missing are: Rianna Daniesha Toppin, 13; Mercedes Disire Bibby, also 13, and Caleb Joshua Toppin, 2 years 11 months.
All three children reside at #7 Chapel Land, St Philip.
They were last seen around 11:10 pm, on Saturday, October 14, in the area of Halton Terrace, and have not been seen since.
At the time Rianna Toppin was wearing a white dress, and a pink hooded jacket, while Mercedes Bibby was wearing a pink and white dress, with the back out. Caleb Toppin was wearing a short sleeved shirt, and a 3/4 pants.
Rianna is 5 feet 4 inches tall, with a slim build and dark complexion. She has shoulder length hair, a small head, a long face, brown eyes, and small ears − both pierced once.
Mercedes is 5feet 8 inches tall, with a slim build, brown complexion, brown eyes, with a broad nose and forehead.
Caleb is of brown complexion, has brown hair, a round face, full eyes, small ears, and a broad nose.
