21-year-old charged with firearm and ammunition possession

The Barbados Police Service has arrested and charged 21-year-old Jaleeo Javon Amar Phillips of Factory Avenue, Wildey, St. Michael.

He has been charged with possession of a firearm and possession of seven rounds of ammunition.

These offences occurred on 5th March, 2025, at Bottom Close, Wildey, St. Michael.

Phillips appeared before Magistrate Allison Burke in the District ‘A’ Traffic Court earlier today where he was not required to enter a plea.

Phillips has been remanded into custody at The Barbados Prison Service (Dodds) and is scheduled to reappear in court on 7th April 2025.
