ST PHILIP NORTH made it six points out of six after picking up their second successive win by overcoming St Peter 2-1 when the David Thompson Memorial Constituency Councils Football Classic continued at Deacons on Saturday night.

Goals from Anderson Crawford and Theo Perry propelled St Philip North to victory, while Jabar Holder pulled one back for St Peter 20 minutes from time.

In the night’s other encounter, St John claimed an emphatic victory on the road, ousting home side St Michael North West 5-2.

A brace from Akeem Rouse, coupled with strikes from Ramario Savoury, Jefferson White and Romario Harewood proved more than enough for St Michael North West, despite replies from Adika Marville and Kavian Inniss. (ML)
