IT’S JUST BUSINESS as usual for the king of swing.

This may be his favourite Grand Slam, but Darian King says he feels no added pressure to make his main draw breakthrough at this year’s US Open despite coming so close at Wimbledon.

The 25-year-old baseliner expressed the sentiment while preparing for tomorrow’s much-awaited first-round qualifying match against American Daniel Nguyen.

“I don’t really feel any pressure at all as this is why we play tennis throughout the whole year and it is to play the slams,” said King, moments after his practice session on court 14 with American Sekou Bangoura. (JM)
