Barbados Team seeking culinary glory in Miami

BARBADOS CULINARY TEAM to Taste Of The Caribbean in Miami just completed their first competition.

Bartender of the Year Ryan Adamson competed in the No. 8 slot with his non-alcoholic drink Tea In Tea On Tea At Tea (right). barbados-taste-of-the-caribbean-tea

He will be up again at 3 p.m. in the rum category.

The team competition is currently underway where team Barbados has to do a three-course meal. They have four hours to finish.

On Saturday, Barbados mounted a traditional Rum Shop as part of their cultural display.

There are 14 teams participating in this year’s competition. (NS)
