BARBADOS CULINARY TEAM to Taste Of The Caribbean in Miami just completed their first competition.
Bartender of the Year Ryan Adamson competed in the No. 8 slot with his non-alcoholic drink Tea In Tea On Tea At Tea (right). 
He will be up again at 3 p.m. in the rum category.
The team competition is currently underway where team Barbados has to do a three-course meal. They have four hours to finish.
On Saturday, Barbados mounted a traditional Rum Shop as part of their cultural display.
There are 14 teams participating in this year’s competition. (NS)
