IT’S A RACE against time as drivers and co-drivers prepare for the start of Sol Rally Barbados tomorrow night.
And the event’s most successful driver, Barbadian Roger “The Sheriff” Skeete told NATION SPORT he and his works crew were working on getting the Sol/Flow/Automotive Art/Simpson Motors/WTI Subaru Impreza WRC S12B ready for the gruelling event.
The rally will start at Sol Warrens, St Michael, at 8 p.m.
Skeete’s car suffered damage in a shunt during last Sunday’s Flow King Of The Hill and it is understood that a courier from Subaru WRC Spares Ltd in the United Kingdom is due in Barbados tonight with a new damper and steering arm replacement parts. (TT)
