THE PIED PIPERS effect was in full swing yesterday as scores of music lovers flocked to the Richard Haynes Boardwalk.
The attraction was Pipers on the Boardwalk, the first in a series of musical events that are part of the four-day Celtic Festival Barbados.
Yesterday’s musical treat featured pipers from at least six countries who made their way along the South Coast promenade all the while serenading an appreciative audience. (AC)
