Ivy death a shock

THE PIERCING CRIES of a grieving mother ripped through the air of a St Michael community yesterday afternoon.

This was more than 24 hours after her four-month-old baby boy was found dead at her Back Ivy home.

A man who identified himself as the father of the child was very irate when a MIDWEEK NATION team arrived on the scene, demanding that they leave the property.

After minutes of negotiation and venting, the heartbroken father asked for privacy and pleaded for his family to be left alone. (TG)
