FORMER COMMISSIONER of Police Darwin Dottin’s legal battle continues.
The Court of Appeal yesterday turned down a challenge from the former lawman to an earlier court decision.
Dottin, who reached retirement age in November last year, had hoped to have the decision that prevented him from getting an injunction to block his removal from the office overturned.
He held the post for ten years. Instead, the appellate court said it agreed with the High Court. (AC)
