Boy, 6, struck by car along Whitepark Road

POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING the circumstances surrounding an accident in which a six-year-old boy was hit by a car.

It occurred around 3:30 p.m. today along White Park Road, St Michael.

Police say Arimani Greaves of 3rd Avenue, Station Hill, St Michael was attempting to cross the road at the pedestrian crossing when he was struck by a car driven by Andre Sobers, 28, of White Hill Terrace, Farmers, St Thomas.

Greaves complained of pain to the buttocks and his mother took him for private medical attention. (PR/NB)
