Belfield fight back to draw

BELFIELD PRODUCED A scintillating second-half display to fight back from two goals down and claim a creditable point with a 3-3 draw against Rendezvous, when the Digicel Premier Football League continued at the National Stadium on Thursday night.

Shandel Samuel, Ray Snagg and Rommel Bynoe got on the scoresheet for Rendezvous, while Alvin Chapman led the charge for Belfield with a brace and Josiah Hinds scored the other goal.

In the second game, Ellerton and Brittons Hill drew 2-2 after Shaquille Belle had twice given Ellerton the lead. Belle’s strikes were cancelled out by a determined Brittons Hill, who clawed their way back into the game via an unfortunate JA’Von Austin own goal and a Kemar Smith goal.
