THE SMELL IS almost gone and the once overflowing sewage has completely disappeared.
More importantly, the guests have returned.
It’s shaping up to be quite a happy New Year for management and guests at Gentle Breeze Apartments.
Three weeks after manager Emily Long complained about the awful stench permeating the Worthing, Christ Church property due to leaking sewage, she is now breathing a sigh of relief.
Last December, Long said all of its guests had checked out, complaining that they could not cope with the smell. (RB)
