CHRISTMAS LUNCH ISN’T complete without a stuffed baked turkey, and one of the main local turkey suppliers is making arrangements to make sure the Christmas tradition continues this year.

The owner of Golden Ridge Farms, Golden Ridge, St George, Adrienne Norton, plans on taking around 200 turkeys to the butchery next week, just in time for the Christmas rush. She said that although she supplies free-range turkeys year-round, the Christmas season was the busiest time of the year for her and her staff of four.
