THE PROPOSED five-storey hotel to be erected along Sea Rocks, Enterprise, Christ Church may be a disaster waiting to happen.

Geological engineer André Brathwaite said there were legitimate concerns about the project site, but the structural integrity would depend on what measures the developers had taken.

“From what I’ve observed and heard from residents and based on that opinion, it [could be] a disaster waiting to happen. However, I’m not privy to the architectural designs and I am not involved with the project. I can only speak about what I hear and see,” he said.
