Education ‘still key’

EDUCATION IS STILL a priority.

This was the main message coming from the lips of teachers, students and parents during the Education Month parade yesterday.

The parade made its way from Queen’s Park to Constitution Road, Wharf Road, Broad Street, Roebuck Street then back to the Park and a SATURDAY SUN team was there for every minute of the action.

Teacher at Lawrence T. Gay Memorial School, Stephen Cadogan, said he had been in the education system for about 20 years. Despite the advances he said he wanted more discipline among the students. (TSG)
