MURDER ACCUSED Akeem Dave Mason was remanded to HMP Dodds today after appearing in the District “C” Magistrates’ Court.
The 24-year-old of No. 2 Blades Hill, St Philip, who was the subject of a police wanted bulletin, has been charged with the murder of 42-year-old Michael McDonald Mapp, also of No. 2 Blades Hill.
He was not required to plea to the indictable charge before acting chief magistrate Christopher Birch and was remanded to prison until October 13.
Akil Grant, 30, also of No. 2 Blades Hill St Philip was previously charged with the murder of Mapp and is currently on remand to reappear on the same date. (TKS)
